Through my 4 years at Ponderosa High School, I have has nothing but smooth sailing. I have been shown support in my academics as well as my athletics. I have been given so many opportunities to grow my self and my skills. My councilors and teachers have given me so much help. Now that I am graduating I am over joyed that I am prepared for college thanks to my teachers and administration.

my overal experience was good. it was good because i tried to get involved the most because i realized the more involved you are the more fun you have. the teacher were okay at teaching. there are a few good ones that are really good at teaching.

The school is very conscious of safety coming in and out of the building which was a relief for me. There were teachers that each of my children gravitated toward, which was helpful for looking to their futures. The English and Shop departments were fantastic. Don’t go. Little empathy from teachers and administrators toward students and parents. I’ve never been treated as unprofessionally and disrespectfully as I was by the drama teacher. What should be communicated in person is done through email.Teachers are resentful of the entitled kids who drive way...

Unfortunately this school lacks a positive and respectful culture. There are some good teachers such as those in AP/Honors English. Great drama Dept and teacher.
