GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I really enjoyed all of my teachers they were always there to help me succeed. They were willing to go the extra step to help me in any way.

This was a good school that I attended. The teachers there were great some of them were willing to help you achieve but then others didn't care as much. The college readiness of it wasn't that great. They were still treating me like I was in kindergarten my senior year. I had to sign out online in order to use the bathroom while in college I can just walk out. They tried helping you get ready for college but not in the right way. When I came to college it was a different atmosphere and was not at all ready.

Most of the teachers are very friendly and want to see you succeed in your education. The teachers become people who you can talk to and are comfortable with. I had good friends ending my education there.

Perry is a small town school with small town values, yet it has great opportunities that rival neighboring districts. Our band, coral, and FFA programs are award winning programs. I have 2 students in the district and have been impressed with their progress towards being prepared for college and for...

My daughter will graduate this year (and my son in 3 years.) The teachers are really, really good. They care a ton, and teach a lot. My daughter is attending MSU next year, but has already been taking college classes and AP classes through PHS, so she has enough credits that she is entering as a sec...

Perry has come a long way in the last 3 years. It has improved its' financial position, has smaller class sizes and the staff has shown my kids much kindness. My contacts with the teachers and principals have been friendly and helpful. We are very glad we moved to Perry and kept our kids in Perry Sc...

Excellent school that has produced many successful professionals (recently multiple emmy award winner Joel Edwards). Small town school with big time results. As a teacher from a high performing district, I would strongly reccommend Perry Public Schools.
