A. Philip Randolph Technical High School (Randolph) is a career and technical high school in East Falls, PA serving about 500 students in grades nine through 12. The school serves students from a variety of neighborhoods within the school district of Philadelphia. To give students a head start on a career and college application, the school offers eight career and technical programs including construction technology, automotive and collision repair, EMT and Fire Academy, culinary arts, welding, health-related technology, and advanced electronics. Students can also earn a place in the National Honor Society and obtain college credit through a special dual enrollment agreement with Thomas Jefferson University. In addition to these unique educational opportunities, the school offers students athletics like bowling, football, baseball, cheerleading, volleyball, and track, and field. Finally, students can join Career and Technical Student organizations such as Health Occupations Students of America, Distributive Education Clubs of America, and SkillsUSA, for the opportunity to compete nationally and at the state level in their chosen fields of study. At Randolph, students will be encouraged to develop leadership skills, and prepare for livable wage income or continuing education after graduation.
