GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

School of the Future really has open up many opportunities and resources for me specifically on my major, which is Computer Science. Also the different connections that the school has all over the city of Philadelphia, really is good because even though all students don't want to major in the S.T.E.M. field... the school is linked with UPenn which allow some student to take some nursing courses. And also the school is connected to the Philadelphia Zoo... so if any of the students want to help with animals, they also the students to that as well.

The academics when I was there were not all that great, I noticed a big lack, especially with getting ready for college. My friend was getting ready for college way before I was and she started that in 10th or 11th while I was still trying to prepare myself for the next grade.

School of the Future is filled with potential. I believe they give you tools that helps you prepare to be an adult. In the school you will be able to find multiple teachers and staff that care about you. Every student has a person, an adult, that they know they can talk to.

I am a learner of 3 years at SOTF. Our school is very independent and has a lot of staff members who care about the learners. We did change due to the combining of U-City but we still try our best to keep our education and discipline on track.

School of the Future is a good school but the fact that everything changed ,such as old learners can come visit their old teachers and now they have to be walking around with an adult is outrageous ! I'm a Junior and SOTF was never like this. The Principal or Vice Principal doesn't do anything. Mrs....

Here at SOF we have very good teachers who care about our education, and most of the teachers and students have good relationships. The only problems are some of the students don't attend class and aren't being disciplined correctly in order to get them to behave the way they should be behaving.
