Near the Biltmore area of Phoenix, Loma Linda Elementary is a public school serving more than 500 students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade as part of the Creighton School District. With a mission to foster adventurous thinkers, collaborative learners, and kindhearted leaders, Loma Linda offers a range of programs to help students pursue passions and grow socially and emotionally in tandem with their academics. Outside of class, students can develop leadership skills and engage in public service in student council, National Junior Honor Society, Junior Ambassadors, a Jr. Coach Leadership Program, and the Wake-Up Club, which is sponsored by the Phoenix Police Department to provide students with opportunities to help make improvements in the community. They can also participate in a series of extracurriculars, from Kid Rock Stars and Battle of the Books to Skate After School and Playworks structured play and games. In addition, the more athletic set can prepare for tracks in high school team sports including soccer, volleyball, basketball, flag football, softball, and cheer. Throughout the year, the school also hosts a calendar of events where staff and students can engage with the community, from youth art expos to holiday events and festivals.

My son is on the spectrum (high functioning). I made it clear to them of this prior to school starting, I asked to get an IEP meeting or at-least to meet/speak the team prior to school starting. That never happened. I did not meet the SPED teacher until 2 weeks after school starting (I met her by co...

My 2 sons are studying here and we are thankful to our Teachers . We constantly seeing growth in their learnings and teachers are very interactive and having follow-up sessions with parents on our students performance.

The 2017-2018 year was pretty good but they really went downhill 2018-2019 year. Steer clear of this school. They try to pass themselves off as a Grade A school when they are a C -!
