I spent four years at Venture Academy and did not connect to the student body or the general environment the school fostered. I felt completely alone in my academic path and in socializing. I attended early college and a lot of the staff did not like this and discouraged the fact that I would leave campus to take higher level classes.

I do like it. It has its pros and cons, I'll be honest. It is different from other schools. It's smaller than a normal high school. It gives collage benefits. The only hard thing is that there are no sports or real high school stuff. There are dances, extra curricular's and the drama club I am involved in is amazing. Venture is a good place to be because you can communicate with the teachers better than you can at any other school I know.

My kids love venture. They love that they have a chance to get outside of the classroom and learn insted of being I the classroom all the time

Overall it has been good. There are always things to fix, like grading and homework, but this school has a lot of good qualities

Not very good. Most teachers are great, but not a very good student experience. They don’t handle their problem students.
