GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I am in a college readyness program that is a entirely different school but I am also a Plainview high school student. I find that they school is very friendly and kind to it's students and that they take safety very seriously. As for clubs they barely have any. I mean I'm in the art club and I know they have a chest club but that's it. It would have been more fun if they had a sewing or crochet club or a comics or matholgy club.

I have had many different experiences with school academics and groups at the high school. Many of the groups or clubs at the high school are chaotic because there isn't a lot of input from the adults who are watching for the activity.

It is a school that does help and gets involved with the community. Also in student school life, such as doing events for awareness to drugs or sicknesses. Safety is kind of big deal there, but it is important to them.
