I love John Paul II High School because the people are so kind, teachers and students, and everyone makes me feel at home.

As a transfer student I was nervous about transferring into a new school. The academics at John Paul II are excellent. Additionally the opportunities you have at JPII are unmatched. You can pretty much start/be apart of anything imaginable, and the teachers/staff are amazing. Although, sports are not as competitive as I am used too and its lacking a community aspect.

John Paul II High School is a good school. It challenged me and made me a well-rounded student. The administration is excellent and the teachers are willing to help. But the students are not so kind. There have been multiple accounts of bullying and no punishment was followed because they denied all allegations towards them.

My concern is we are sending our middle school kid to a Catholic HS and JPII struggles to answer the phones and then transfers you to VM and a callback is uncertain. You would think that a school would want to talk with prospecting new families. A couple Catholic HS have in fact been very friendly a...

Soccer coaches use your kids to get to a point, and when they don’t need them for no reason leave them out of state final. Affects self esteem of students . My daughter s siblings who also play sports will stay away from this high school.

Parents,Please avoid this school. Our children have been in the Catholic school system since 1st grade and they spent three years at JPII. The teachers were not at all supportive or engaged. They really make the students feel as if they are a burden. There are much better options for your children....

I enjoyed and appreciate my time here. I'm an alumnus who now attends a "public Ivy" and am on track to go to a similarly ranked graduate school and I attribute a lot of my success to JPII. The curriculum is rigorous, particularly at the honors level, and the strong focus on writing and speaking lea...
