GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Not the best , I would like to see the administration change. They need to lighten up a little bit. Like they are way too strict on us and they want everything to be perfect and exactly how they want it to be. But students are going to be students so it won't be perfect how they keep trying to make it be.

At Plaquemine High, I was taught well not good enough. I would like to see the effort in which the teachers take in getting their lesson plans ready into preparing us for major test like iLEAP, LEAP, and ACT. To much focus goes on unnecessary things like uniforms and clubs when it should be in the classrooms.
