Terrible. Students and staff here have no regard for POC and racist remarks. A group of all-white student council members conducted a skit MOCKING an asian man who was dragged off a United flight in 2017. Even the company itself apologized for the actions that occurred, but these students had the audacity to mock them and were not even held accountable for their actions. There needs to be some heavy changes to this school. The amount of systematic racism is unheard of.

This school is an absolute gem. I graduated from there and now have my kids enrolled in NYC ("elite") private schools...oh how the bar is set by CCHS. It was such a mix of happy-go-lucky, good academics sans pressure, guidance and community service. Sigh. Maybe one day we will be able to move back to Portland

Central Catholic has an outstanding sense of community, and prides itself on service to others. Central Catholic puts a large emphasis on social justice and diversity, and creates well rounded students through education the the importance of both topics. Teachers and staff are invested in the well being of students, and there are resources in place to help every student succeed.

I absolutely love Central Catholic. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I feel like I belong and am not afraid to be myself. All the teachers are really helpful and great at what they do. They really get to know you on a personal level. I would defiantly recommend Central :)

My daughter is a Freshman at Central Catholic and loves it so far. It was my 3rd choice for High Schools. The first being Catlin Gabel, then OES. But I thought that she is the one attending 5 days a week, and I stepped back and allowed her to make the choice. I must say that it would make any parent...
