GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Being at Gregory-portland high school, you don't really see very much diversity. There's a lot of the same things. One thing I can say about this school, is the fact that they have drive for making it 100 and 10 % better an all costs. We have. great community coming from a small town. everyone supports everyone and there's not a single moment where anyone is singled out. I play soccer currently at this high school and I have to say that we really dp have the best coaches. They know exactly what they are talking about and the occur really do care more about the student in student- athlete then just the athlete.

I am a graduate of Gregory -Portland High School. My experience there are amazing! Teachers worked with students as much as possible event tutoring even needed for students to unerstand the subject. This school makes you feel safe no matter what. The food is great.

I enjoyed high school for the most part. We had great teachers and staff, generally. I had the best times with my friends and sports' seasons. I would like to see some of the rules change, like dress code and lunch rules, to allow off campus lunch to allow the future high school students to have some freedom. But overall GP is a great school to get an education from.

GPHS is a fantastic school with a lot of tradition. The teachers go above and beyond to make sure the students are successful. Teachers each have their own internet page for the students to access at any time, to clarify assignments, download handouts, etc. The counselors get to know their students....
