Small class sizes, great supports, teachers that care and are experts. The sports program is not great. The grade sizes are small so not as many friends as other bigger schools.

McLean has a strange way of tolerating the behavior, I get in trouble a lot and the teachers won't always tell me. I feel that there is no pressure to succeed, teachers don't push us hard enough. Whereas, the curriculum is a grade behind. Overall 2.5/5 rating pretty much avergae 50%.

I attended the McLean School of Maryland 8th-12th grade. Over the years, I developed close relationships with students and teachers. My overall experience at the McLean School was pretty good.

I used to go here and of the time I was here 2+ years I had 5 adults I could trust and didn’t see me as a diagnosis that had to be treated. There’s no care about bullying/ harassment(physical mental etc.) but we were also told to not tell people that we were being bullied. and the dress code is sexi...

My son attended Mclean High School for 18 months. Most of that time he has been on-line and not in school due to the corona-virus.
