The school has recently expanded it's anti-bullying and positive environment programs. The community is close knit, date, and diverse. The school includes healthy choices, healthy eating, and such in the curriculum and classroom environment.

What a fantastic school!!! Franklin Elementary has fabulous staff, teachers and facilities. Our son attended Franklin from 2000-2003 and had exceptional teachers. Every teacher and the principal, Mr. Moore, has gone above and beyond whats expected, even the front secretary! This was the best school ever. My kids miss it a lot. It was a time of healing and feeling excepted by students and staff. The staff here is amazing and it shows.
