GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I used my time in foresthills to prepare myself for college, such as tutoring prep they had for regents in spring, and with the help of college counseling, I had everything ready before my due date.

There are a good amount of programs and classes however it is very overcrowded and could be organized better.

I am an upcoming senior, I have attended Forest Hills High School for my whole high school career. I love this school and the friendships I have made. Teaching wise obviously some teachers will be better than others. You're bound to have a couple of mean teachers anywhere you go. Overall the environment and the activities you can take part in are set up to help students thrive. Academics are important to this school and you can definitely go far. It is a great high school you just need to get used to it.

This school is good, I just don’t like the environment. Many of the students are horrible and do bad things but the staffs don’t care.
