The Bellaire School is a public elementary school in Queens Village serving students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Academically, the Bellaire School has a large enrollment of nearly 800 students, but nevertheless maintains smaller class sizes than average. Reading scores surpass expectations, as these smaller class sizes make it easy for students to receive on-one-on assistance when needed. The school’s dedicated faculty and staff make it their goal to ensure that each pupil is provided the care and attention needed to help them develop into successful young learners ready to take on higher education. Beyond academics, Bellaire offers music classes for fourth and fifth grade students in addition to school counseling for students grieving COVID-related losses. Legacy after school programs are also provided on-site, running from school dismissal at 2:20 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. which allows working parents a safe place for their kids to complete homework and engage in organized activities.

Not worth sending your kids here. If they can attend elsewhere or if you can afford private school then do so. Administration office was just horrible!
