Santa Margarita Highschool has been a great experience so far. The facilities are top notch paired with a great campus, and dining catered by Hanna's Steakhouse. The sports teams are elite because we are in the Trinity League, arguably the best league in the USA.

The best part of my experience was all of the retreats that my school had to offer. My other favorite part was all of the exclusive senior events that were offered. Something i would like to see change would be getting a football stadium or using a different one other than saddleback!

I transfered to Santa Margarita after a bad experience at my last school and the thing that stood out to me the most was how open all the students and teachers were to new people. I did not have a hard time fitting in because everyone there was very helpful and supportive. Another thing that stood out was the classes. They have smaller class sizes than most schools and I really felt that I was actively engaging in class and learning more.

The disregard for middle schooler’s emotional well-being and keeping them online way too long that we...

SM is a beautiful campus with an abundance of resources for students. If you are looking at a great academic HS this place meets that criteria. However... If you are looking at a Catholic education, a partisan approach to ideology, and a place your son or daughter is going to meet good friends this...

Does not feel like a private school. Teachers are biased towards students and ill-equipped to support them.
