Overlake is not only an incredible school in terms of academics and college readiness, but the community is unlike any other. Everyone from the faculty, to the high schoolers, to the staff, and the middle schoolers are like one big family that is helping one another succeed in all aspects of life.

Overlake has helped transform me into the person I am today. The teachers are some of the best, most inspiring people I have ever met. They serve as advisors to all students, not just in classes, but in all aspects of growing up. The campus is absolutely beautiful and school is always fun.

However, the teachers are always there to help you and support you. They offer after school hours which is great way to get the help your child needs. The sports and c...

Small classes. Everyone knows everyone. Academic is a focus area but then so are other activities. A bit of let down is folks with excessive money can get into this school and bring the overall quality a bit down. Though it is these Richie Rich's funds that help some of the lesser affordable familie...

I think it is a big rip off. Bellevue school distrcit and surrounding areas on the eastside have fabulous schools. It is about status. They do not get to know the other kids in their neighborhood like all the others. They also have an attitude like they are better than kids that go to public school.
