GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My experience in hug has been well I enjoy connecting with my friend's and teacher's when need help on stuff and always there to greet other's. I am experiencing and learning new stuff each day and meeting new people having more conversation's doing school activities often. and I have some inspiring teachers throughout the years. Memorable moments I have in group project's that are fun and learning when we help each other. And some stuff I don't have best experience is when I put me in stressful exams and challenging assignments and don't seem to put myself to ask for help. I also don't like the experience when the hallways are blocked by student's putting myself in rush. I enjoy spending free time when we have the time hanging with other's or playing a sport or by technology. The school helped me overcome challenges and grew a great personality towards myself and other's being able to share a great environment, being able to help other's being able to lead by examples and be helpful.

Going from a primarily american school to Hug high school which is very diverse was an extreme change. Hug is a school in which they make sure to include everyone and make sure each student is well taken care of. Counselors and teachers are very helpful in the students education. In my personal experience my counselor was a major factor in my academically success at Hug highschool. She made it possible for me to have many academical opportunities. Hug high school is a ver inclusive school.

My experience at Hug has been very beneficial to me. It has shown me what a community is supposed to look like. Although I joined the hug hawks in my sophomore year, it really showed me what I was missing out on in my Freshman year. The teachers and staff are all so kind and nice, really understanding of everyone's situations. I have really benefited from going to this school and have gotten so many opportunities from it. I will always be prideful of have gone to Hug High School.

First of all the traffic is horrendous and the busses situation is terrible second there is a severe lack of chairs just stools with no lumbar support. Then there is the worst lunch lines, I wasn't able yo eat most of the time. Lastly the halls are packed.

There are a lot of code yellows and sometimes reds. The students there are mostly bad and only disrupt the classes. Students always have their phones out and never respect the teachers. Like most old schools Hug High doesn't take the time to make sure that disabled kids like ones that are in wheelch...
