GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I am now a Junior in high school but went to Mcknight for all three years. I thoroughly enjoyed the education experience and was able to leave a lasting impression on the school. I was involved in leadership as the secretary, in track, honor level classes, in the orchestra, and in after-school clubs like robotics and bike club. Middle school is the time where everyone grows, changes, goes through puberty, has new friend groups, deals with drama, and learns about their own values. Although I hated it at the moment, I don't regret a single thing in middle school as it has built me to be who I am today. McKnight is a place I felt like I could make a difference, that I was proud to be a part of, and I am sure that many others would disagree but I feel like the staff there were all in favor for student's success even if it means learning the hard way.

If I could give them ZERO Stars I would. They were responsible for breaking my sons leg and trying to hide it. My son was a ILC student, he is in a wheelchair and non verbal, he has multiple disibalities. They did not talk to me before making the decision to use a sit to stand stander with him, and...

There are fights every day and my child does not feel safe here. The security is horrible. And they don’t have protection for students. Overall I think this school is lower than a 1 star This school is so bad it’s off the grid

As a student of this school, I can easily say the people saying there is no bullying are clinically insane (not really I'm being sarcastic). The students often bully me for being skinny, I've been kicked over a few words I said. Mainly the the kids are the problem, but the teachers don't really help...
