GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Eisenhower is a well-balanced public high school. Notable advantages of the school are the Lott scholarship for the best athlete on the football team, high standards for graduation, college readiness, and school security. However, drugs are a huge problem on campus, a large amount of seniors take APEX classes and don't graduate on time, as well as the community being in a less "safe" part of town.

My academic life at Eisenhower has been so great, all my AP classes not only are enjoyable but have wonderful teachers who make you like coming to the class everyday. My only bad experience is having to loose classes and teachers because of insufficient funds which really disappointed me. I would like to see my school get more funds to keep the good teachers that were hired in a rush and language classes such as the French class I had to loose my freshman year putting me behind on my a-g requirements.

I am currently enrolled as a senior the education is good and the teachers are very nice in my opinion. Also, they are making the campus much better each year I have been here. The food is a little lack luster but if they can feed me then I'm happy. Sports we aren't that good but the coaches and teams make it very fun. Other then that I have no problems with the school really
