GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Richmond high overallas a good school, very involved, safe and academically preparing its students for college. I had the best time and wish I could go back all the time

my experience was average at best, I felt I didn't get the best teaching but found some resources to deal with that so it wasn't so bad, compared to some of my school friends it was better. I loved my teachers in the law academy though some of the teachers outside of it were not very helpful. I haven't had too many negative experiences, this school is unmemorable and it was very hard to feel passionate about it when at this school I went DAYS with hardly seeing the sun as it had little to no windows in it and zero windows in the classrooms. I want the school itself changed, more windows, no worn-out roofs that look like they are falling, and no brick walls in my English classes. It would also be amazing to see a school where our culture involves being looked at as the broke kids from Richmond high.

I have not only met amazing friends and educators that will stick with me for the rest of my life, but I've gained experiences that have helped further my education and lead me towards success.

This school is great. The teachers are so helpful and care about their students' futures. Our campus is really old and I really wish we had ethnic studies. I really wish we had more opportunities because I believe we deserve them but people judge us based on our school. I am proud to be a student at...

This school is really good but the students might not be. I like how all teachers are envolved with their students. i think that if you want to learn doesnt matter how the school looks like if you have the courage to go and learn.
