GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

RHS Is a great school. That haves so many different extracurricular activities. I love the teachers and students here. It is a very safe environment. The staff make sure that every student is safe.

The Best part was creating new bonds with new people and getting involved in different things in my two year of attending. The worst is the struggle I had to go through with the change in district because I moved my sophomore year from Vicksburg. One thing I want to see change is to allow the kids to express themselves more through different fun activities.

For as long as I have been at Ridgeland High School, I have felt supported in every way by faculty members, teachers, and fellow students. It has been and still is an honor to be a student at Ridgeland High School.

You will get what you put in but it’s all available if you want it. Academics, extracurriculars, networking, and very welcoming socially. Can’t say enough good things.

Grads from 2020 attend schools from S...

This school is 100% best high school in the district. All the teachers are nice and wonderful and so is the new principal, Mr. Brooks.
