I think my high school experience has been good so far, I've attended my freshman and sophomore years and have no real negative things to say about it. there have been a few rumors about teachers and such but I feel like students will be students and no matter what they're always trying to stir up trouble, as one of the few people who would rather not be seen by everyone and rather stick to myself I've had a pretty positive outlook on north caroline. I love the football games here, it's so amazing to feel the rush of school spirit going through you when your team is winning. I love some of the teachers here, others aren't that fun to be around but some really have a "niche" for teaching and do it well. As for the safety of our school, I can't say much as it is a high school, and kids are mean, though I have only felt truly unsafe once or twice in school. my school is not the best but it does hold a place in my heart because I've had some of the best memories in that building.

Best- best experiences have been the friendship made through sports and the lifelong bonds worst- some teachers just be snippy and like parents during sports not being supportive of some of the players I just want a family dynamic instead of a cliquey one. I feel like the schools that have the family dynamic succeed much more because they have support of peers to motivate them.

This is my 4th year attending NCHS, It has been some of the worst years of my life, When I first came to Highschool I was very excited but then I became very disappointed. Some of the worst things at my high school are how the students treat each other and how the staff treats us. We have to keep bathroom doors open for female and male bathrooms which is an extreme invasion of privacy. We also cannot use the bathroom unless it is approved electronically. The only good experience I have had is a very few members of staff that have been there for me such as my guidance counselors and two teachers.

This school is awful. The staff bullies students just as much as the students. The "resource officers" talk about the female students and stare at them. The whole school should be shut down and redone.
