GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My highschool experience was very unique. My freshman year was all online, meaning I hadn't met any students or teachers till sophomore year. From then on it had has been welcoming and an unforgettable experience.

My freshman year was during the pandemic and that was something really weird with everything been on the computer but I was so happy to go back to normal and my sophomore year was really fun because I joined clubs like dance, student council and senate, I was really glad my school was one of the only schools that had senate because we have a voice and that's what the school projects and you can talk freely

Rio Rico High School has it's good and bad during your time being there. For good, when you build a good friendship or community around you it can be the most supportive and rewarding part in school. But the for the bad, the lack of maintenance care and students' voices not being heard by the administrators is saddening and brings down your views in the school.

You will be worked to death, underpaid and treated poorly, no planning periods, after school meetings constantly and shown no respect daily. They have to recruit from other stat...
