This is supposed to be the top notch school of Cecil County however I moved here to the district 4 years ago. The school became over-crowded. No one in CCPS seems to say how it happened. They sent out a "Dear Parent/Guardian" letter about your "child/ren" who were attending on out of district waivers. With no exception all to the children are being sent back to their "home" schools. Some of these children h...
