GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Everyone was decently nice. Everyone supported everyone and the teachers truly cared for all of the students.

Rochelle Township High School was very good academically and sports wise, but lacked a sense of community and unity in the social department. Students only had specific people they talked to and were not open to socializing beyond the few people they talked to. This made the high school feel like it was unwelcoming to new students and I open to change.

Have always felt that the school always tries very hard to show parents they put the students first. Thy are very helpful in communicating things and helpful with college preparation.

But the school isn’t all that bad, and gives students a lot of options. The sports teams? Are based on small town run-a...

The only two things the administration cares about is football and discipline. They spend more money on football than they do anything else, when the te...

I am a former student. I absolutely loved school when I was at RTHS. They have a lot of extra curricular activities, so I was always busy. I always wished I could have taken more AP or dual credit classes, but I think the school has enough of those classes for its size. My classes always formed spec...
