The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I was a new student as a Freshman and they made me feel very welcome. They have an awesome special education and resource room programs that really help get you ready for college and the real world. The guidance counselor is not very good but the principal if really good about get the stuff done.

All of the teachers are knowledgable about the subject they teach, but some don't engage every student. There are sometimes when the student feels out of place in the class.

I love working at Rock Valley Community School. I'm blessed by the support of the community as well as the leadership to be the best teacher I can be. While it is a public school, our students are blessed to have many strong Christian role models to laugh and learn with!
