My experience at Rootstown since the 3rd grade has not been the best, I would not send my children here as an adult. It is overall not a good or beneficial environment for learning. Sports system is good but that is all that the school seems to care about.

The school board doesn't care about the students just their image. Events will be swept under the rug unless someone spills the beans.

District needs new buildings but towners will not vote for it. High School building is pretty ok. Great teachers but the way the school functions is heavily based on politics and who you know. If you are not 4+ generations deep in Rootstown you will have a hard time.

Graduated from Rootstown over thirty years ago and moved out of state. Juxtapose the ratings to where my Children recieved their education: They attended in the top 50 schools system in the nation.
