Follow the rules. Be a kind person. Try your best. These are three of the guiding principles at George A. Buljan Middle School, home of the Bulldogs. Located in northern Roseville’s Highland Reserve neighborhood, this public institution serves 6th through 8th grades.
Parents praise the school for its plethora of extracurricular activities. Take the Builder’s Club, for instance, which teaches participants the importance of community service and engagement. Or the Juggling Club, where students improve their eye-hand coordination while developing a unique skill.
Though Buljan Middle School adheres to a traditional curriculum, it also provides STEM and woodshop classes to build upon foundational skills and introduce students to new topics. Buljan Bulldogs can even opt into AVID, a schoolwide elective that prepares them for high school, college and future careers. Emerging athletes are encouraged to try out for cross country, flag football or basketball.
Students at Buljan Middle School rank above the California average in reading and math. Teachers are known for their responsiveness to parents, creating a collaborative educational environment in which pupils are pushed to do their best. I have been in Buljan Middle School for only, what like 3 month. I already hate this school. My previous school was sooooo much better. In this school there aren't many resources, there is a lot of bullisym going on, and no one cares about it. Basically anything you do you get bullied for. Also the teachers at this school don't seem to care, they just want to get this over with. The school is very disorganized, and the system is done. I do all my work and still I have a bad grade. Before I use to like to go to school, and at some point, even hated the weekends. While here I can't wait till school ends. This isn't a happy environment. Do not, never ever sent your kid to this school, unless you really hate them. Thank you.

I don’t go to this school but I do know that some special ed kid just recently got beat up until unconscious by a girl all because he accidentally threw an apple at said girl. For the love of god, parents, raise your children better than this, it’s sickening.

My niece has been repeatedly bullied and attacked (witnesses and videos taken) for a year and nothing has been done, this school and the entire district is a joke.
