Established in 1895, St. Francis of Assisi Elementary School sits in the heart of Midtown, Sacramento’s eclectic urban neighborhood. 327 students, ranging from Transitional Kindergarten to 8th grade, proudly attend this private institution. Things have changed dramatically in the last 3 or 4 years. Poor communication between staff and parents, no follow ups. Children are overwhelmed with homework and tests and material is not review appropriately in class. When teachers fall behind then children are burden with too much even weekends....
