GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I believe the quality of the education is dwindling, but the teachers are very good. Support is also very well done and offered widely.

Saegertown is lacking in the education department, opportunities department, and has an especially poor (or nonexistent) music and/or theater department, but makes up for it in the desire of teachers to better their students.

I enjoy the teachers and their guidance, although id like to see the student body change and not be so dicriminatory.

The teachers and office staff let rules bend depending on gender or if you are helping thier sports program. The education is very lacking,my child took a mandatory communic...

I am a former student of this school. People put comments that the school is "cliquey." I think every school is like this, and it depends on your perception of it and what kind of person you are. You can stay right in the middle of the road like I did and be perfectly happy not letting "cliques" or...
