Lake central has lots of resources for students, but it's up to the student to take advantage of them. They offer many classes, clubs, and opportunities for academic assistance. It's a large school, and there's a lot of chances to meet new people and to make friends.

Lake Central High School is an okay school. The school focuses a lot on sports. The class size is very large with a minimum of 30 students in each class.

Best part about lake central is the diversity and all the available clubs, sports and organizations offered to the students. Worst part, because there are so many students, it's hard to get to know everyone. Wish more activities and functions were held to involve all the students.

The principal never responds to any emails or attends any meeting. She is almost non-existent when it comes to any issues. There is a ton of bullying happening, students are getting beaten on school property with little to nothing being done. There are recordings of teachers complaining about the bu...

All three of my kids loved Lake Central. They never felt that it was too big or overwhelming. They liked the vast majority of their teachers and felt that they were well prepared for college classes.
