GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Parkway North is a school that radiates patience, kindness, and positivity. They prioritize academics while ensuring that every student feels loved each day. The best part of North is its ability to embrace differences and connect those who feel estranged. It's no wonder so many students are second-generation Vikings, as this amazing school has a way of bringing you back—and you'll love it.

Being an honor student with participation in band, art, student government, and other organization to express myself. I dealt with bullying and uncomfortable situations. But I was lucky to have great principals and a support team to be there supporting me.
