Torah Prep is the largest Jewish day school in Missouri, with over 100 pre-K through eighth-grade students in the Girls’ Division. The Girls’ Division is located on three acres off Interstate 170 in the northwest area of University City, minutes away from the Boys Division and includes a large field and playground.
The Girls’ Division is home to the Early Childhood Division which prepares children aged two to five to enter kindergarten through its Mentch in the Making program. Elementary and middle school students receive personalized attention as they are immersed in a Torah-based education combined with general education.
Judaic studies are based on age, with an emphasis on vocabulary, interpersonal relationships and the 13 principles of faith. Students celebrate their achievements with classmates and teachers through creative ceremonies and plays, which have become one of the most beloved components of education.
