City academy is a great place to be in, the environment is great. The school overall is okay it needs adjustments for sure but other than that it's pretty fun to be a dragon. The teachers are all amazing and super nice, they care about their student's academic.

I attended City Academy over 15 years ago for my high school years. I had a wonderful experience, where I was able to work personally with each teacher and obtain help in areas that I struggled in. I now have the privilege of working there with students and we have the same individualized education plans. We have multiple clubs including; D&D, guitar, disc golf, pickle ball, and much more. So happy that I am able to give back to this school that has helped me in my adult life.

Great teachers, great location downtown and interesting classes. I grew a lot there and was able too really improve my academics there as well.

This school serves a purpose for many families and students in Salt Lake City, who want a small school, and an increased opportunity for graduation. But one would wish for more. As a parent of a child who attended City for two years, I would caution any parent considering City. They have a revolving door of teachers, uncaring administration, and cannot individualize education in any way for your child. We have gone back to public school after City and are finding many more...
