While there may be some bullying, the teachers do everything they can to stop it. The culture is very tolerant of differences. Sometimes it takes new students a while to get used to the culture. Front door is locked and people are buzzed in by front desk person. Have a counselor at school who is very helpful. School nurse is not on site.
