The school is honestly amazing, the staff are extremely helpful and the teachers are truly committed to helping the students.

My experience at Gunderson High School has been great for me, encouraging me to participate in more athletics and other extracurricular activities inside and outside of school. I like how Gunderson offers a lot of AP classes and other opportunities to practice for the SAT through SAT prep classes and other resources. These opportunities have allowed me to succeed on test day by getting a 1330, a score that I am definitely happy with in the end. I don't like how Gunderson doesn't provide a lot of extracurricular activities and sports in general. For example, while I was in middle school, I was able to participate in the National Junior Honors Society, an institution that would springboard me into the National Honors Society in high school. However, Gunderson doesn't provide NHS, something that I have been disappointed in.

I wish parents, teaches and staff would write a more recent review. My daughter recently graduated thi year and she had a wonderful high school experience at Gunderson. The school offers a variety of AP classes, my daughter was able to take 5 AP classes throughout her HS years and graduated with 4.0...

We love Gunderson. The coach of the swim team is encouraging and accepting of all thus motivating students that were intimidated to try a sport to become athletes. The AP classes are plentiful and well done and Mock Trial is an experience that cannot be duplicated. The teachers care and the students...
