I think San Marcos High School is an acquired taste for all and many. This school is very diverse with many different ethnic customs and traditions combined. There are many clubs for everyone and for me to get involved to feel a sense of inclusivity. I would like to thank the associative student body for their excellence in providing students, teachers, and faculty with a spirited, comforting environment.

overall very fun school and easy to navigate but there's room for improvement for staff in counselor office because some are passive aggressive

If there was more administrative help within the school I definitely believe it could thrive. There was a lot of problems with fights and little to no adult supervision/help. I enjoyed the college counselors we had since they helped me be more college ready and figure out how to apply to scholarships.

This school has defnitely changed over the years. Since this school was rebuilt, we have seen the academics and sports program just take off. They have a great selection of teachers, their sports programs has really expanded and become very competitive.All 3 of our kids have gone to this school and...

The school is very overcrowded. Teachers do not have the time to pay attention to the kids who are falling through the cracks. They do not notify you until the problem is way out of control academically. They do not notify you about discipline issues, until the problem is out of control. They do not...

Spoke to a substitute teacher at this school and she mentioned there is certain classes with 50 students per class and no desk available to some. If this school is so crowded why are there more homes being built? Another high school is needed.
