GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The worst experience I have had when I first went to Magnolia Science Academy Santa Ana is that the food was not edible at all but over the years it has gotten better. The teachers have gotten better and stated caring more about the students though there are times where certain teachers love to only help out certain students. All the teachers have a teachers pet.The good thing is you can go to which ever teacher you want to help you out with any of your problems you may have I suggest English and History teachers is who you should go to. Magnolia finally has sports which is getting better. The students should treat the teachers with more respect as well so the teachers can give that back in return. There also should be more electives offered as well as AP classes. There should be a bigger variety of sports too and the coaches deserve better.

MSASA is a great school for students with an interest in STEM or seeking a future in a STEM career. The teachers are very friendly and helpful and it is really easy to connect with other kids since this is a small knit school! We have less than 600 students so it's very easy to make friends and build lasting relationships! Very amazing school overall!

I like the way teachers are always welcoming and have great ways of teaching. As time goes by the school tries to improve in all types of ways. I would love for them to have more variety of clubs one can join.

MSASA is a great school if you take advantage of all the programs that are offered for their students. It is a small school which is extremely beneficial for students, they get more attention when needed and they do not get lost in the crowd. My student was attending at the elementary level. He didn...
