GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

What I like about Santa Ana High School is the Counselors are very kind and helpful if you ever need anything they are there for you. Also, most teachers are kind and thoughtful of their students which I appreciate. But a couple of teachers don't care that much and mostly don't even do their job like teaching the students. What I would like to see change is the bathroom situation because I don't know why, but the restrooms are locked or destroyed from the inside like the stalls broken and the urinal dividers ripped off.

It's a decent school. Opportunities for students are given widely from academics to sports and many other things .Students are often recognized for their achievements. There are still many things that could change though like bathroom policies and being able to sell stuff/buy from students.

I like Santa Ana High School, I love to compete in sports for the school. My squad was successful in winning 3 trophies. The sophomore boys basketball 3rd placed GG Tourn over Valencia Placentia. Varsity Football Battle of the Bell Trophy over Anaheim High. Varsity Boy's Volleyball 3rd placed Loara Tourn over Pacifica Garden Grove.

I love this school. We are a low income, inner-city school with about 40% of our students being English Language Learners and 10% are students with special needs. Our scores reflect those challenges. What scores don't reflect is that our kids are loved. There are extraordinary teachers at Santa Ana...

The teachers are amazing and having seen the students they have to put up with, I give them my respects. I took AP classes & every instructor prepared me for more than j...

absolutely amazing school. i love everything about it and although it has a bad rep. it is an accepting environment with teachers who love their students and want the best for them and their future. Bishop is an amazing principal with a kind heart who genuinely wants the best for us. <3
