Ive been attending New Mexico school for the arts for all four years of highschool. I love the opportunities the school offers, we get first hand experiances in the ats and even get to attend multiple masterclasses. I feel so lucky to be in such a safe and diverse community of welcoming people.

Certain things about the school are very good and some definitely are not. It's been a difficult time this past year especially and there are many things the administration don't handle very well. It's very complicated.

I am currently a student at the school in the music department. My exspirince here so far has been nothing but positive. They bring in outside sources to educate students about sexual assault and adress drug problems. All of the music teachers are incredibly helpful and really care about the students. It's a wonderful space of creativity and community.
