GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best parts of Saugus would have to be the teachers. They're always here for you when you need something and some of their education methods are really amazing.

My best experience in this school was being able to connect with people and friends. Unfortunately this school has many issues, such as unqualified teachers, no variety regarding classes or clubs, no school activities or field trips, and no dual enrollment programs or even honors classes for some subjects.

There are some great teachers at the high school but there are some awful new teachers that have not been properly vetted. Their attendance curriculum and demeanor towards students is less than desirable. The superintendent and school administration needs to pay better to attract better faculty.

If you work hard, you'll do well. The teachers will always help you, if needed. You will be well prepared for college.

I love most of my teachers and they deserve a better work environment. This school system as a whole is disastrous and most students are not successful in their future

The teachers are great for when you care about your work, but if you don't care neither do they. The school bathrooms were often closed due to the amount of vaping that happened in the bathroom. The school is a mess, but it could be a hell of a lot worse. I met my best friends there and teachers who...
