GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

For the year that I attended, I enjoyed it. Though I must admit that there are issues, as being a part of a sport was hugely encouraged and if you were not a part of one you were kind of left out. But being part of the PALS program provided it was a blast. My teachers were very nice and the two dual enrollment classes I took prepared me for my current college classes immensely. My teachers were almost always there for support and to offer resources. For being a small town it wasn't a bad highschool.

Navarro is a really good high school. It has great opportunities for kids and great teachers who care out the students education.

I loved the inclusivity and how easy it was to be one-on-one with your teacher. The academics are phenomenal at the school as well. The extra-curriculars are also open and engaging to whoever wants to join. This includes many of the UIL competitions.

As a graduate of CO 2019, don’t move your kids here. The old Navarro dream is dead. The high school administration is some of the worst I’ve ever seen specifically the assistant principal. Don’t send your girls here especially, sexual harassment by boys in sports is highly tolerated and has been for...

Navarro High School is currently rated #5 in San Antonio and surrounding area, just behind Alamo Heights and a few of the Specialty schools in the area. Ranked in the top 10% of all Texas HS and maintaining National Recognition, Navarro's reputation is impeccable. Having moved into the district from...

The last 2 reviews are surprising. This has not been my experience or those of my friends I have spoken with. Both my children have attended Navarro schools since 1st grade. My youngest is about to graduate. I had 2 children on different ends of the academic and social spectrums. My oldest was at th...
