Overall okay experience, ended up going fully online just due to wanting to work as well. So i do dual enrollment. The teachers are nice if you pay attention.

The best parts of Brookwood are the community around it. I love the people and the friendship that is evident at the school. However, with the age of the school, the faculties are lacking in many areas.

Overall Brookwood is a good overall school that has a good baseline in terms of high-schools with good facilities, great faculty, and varied course work. But it does lack in terms of party culture and out of school activities nearby alongside a lackluster sports team in general

My child has had an EXCELLENT experience in this cluster and at BHS specifically, and we have been in other GCPS schools to see the difference. If you have the fortunate opportunity to live/be educated here, GRAB IT.

I have a Sophomore at BHS, who is involved in school activities and has formed great relationships with teachers, coaches, and friends. The teachers are responsive and caring. High school can be a little like a "choose your own adventure" book. If you want an academically rigorous education, you can have one at Brookwood High.
