During my time at Archbishop Mccarthy, I have seen the ups and downs of the school. The school has great safety and great programs that prepare you for future major. While there aren't many things I would change, one thing I would change is more available SAT preparation classes. They are both expensive and fill up very fast.

Overall the school has been pretty great! The only thing is that it's a bit understaffed but a good number of the teachers are great at their job.

It was a good experience overall, the food was incredible even though it was very expensive. The only bad thing I can say about the school is how my college counselor treated me and didn't prepare me well to apply to colleges, I needed help and they didn't seem to understand that.

I graduated from STA but my daughter wanted to attend Archbishop, and its much closer to our home. She is doing so well there, and even though the Excelsior Scholars program is so rigorous that she does have moments of exhaustion and irritation, there is no other place she would rather attend school...
