GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Shadle park high school is a joke. everything about it is a joke the teachers the students the faciality there isn't one good thing about it. The stabbing incident that happened last year made it so much worse and i have to stay here for another year. Nobody feels safe the school doesn't care they only care if you're on your phone not if you feel safe or are safe not if your being bullied or harassed no if you're on your phone that's what they changed nothing else it's just sad that's what they care about they didn't even fire the teacher that punched a student again a joke don't make your kids go here

Shadle Park is only good if you MAKE it good. You have to find a community and stick with them. Music, sports, art, AP - no matter what it is - stick with it. Otherwise, you open yourself up to a somewhat unenjoyable school culture. Shadle can be extremely frustrating with its lack of administrative support and lack of diversity. But - teachers are typically understanding and care about students. They key is community and looking for positives.

Worst school I have ever encountered ! The faculty does not hold student accountable for their actions! Dunn and Malone are by far the worst staff they condone bad behavior. Several parents and my self have pulled our kids out because of the horrible leadership at this school! But don’t take my word...

I don't recommend this school, in my first year. I dropped out and switched schools right after my freshman year after an incident that involved another student. The teachers hardly did anything to help me get out of my academic rut no matter how many times I asked, and then flunked me. But this did...

I'm a freshman at Shadle Park. I'm in really challenging classes, that are years above my grade level; like chemistry. Trust me it hasn't been easy juggling four advanced classes, and participating in time consuming afterschool activities; that's is for sure. I chose this crazy combination of classe...

It's obvious some of these reviews are written off of biased opinions. Our student body is not a mess. Our teachers are fine, and kids need to learn how to get their work done and get their help. Anyone who thinks the teachers are bad haven't been there themselves. End of story, I've been well educa...
