GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My experience thus far in Spring Hill High School has been mediocre. I have found a few teachers that I have connected with and felt I have learned a lot from, others not so much. Students of this school can be rather harsh, and sometimes not a great environment to be around.

The welcoming nature and kindness of my peers is the best part of my school. It feels like we are our own little community and everyone is trying to help each other become the best version of themselves. I transfered to this school my Sophomore year and I couldn't be happier. My class specifically feels very unified; someone is always there when you need them. Along with the students I'm ecstatic about the teachers. I love how considerate teachers are and how they encourage students to excel in whatever they want to accomplish. I cannot imagine going to school anywhere else.

As an upperclassmen attending SHHS, I feel the need to know absolutely everything about this place. However, my genuine opinions on the school change day to day. Some days I love the school spirit and fun activities that I get the chance to participate in. Other days I despise because of the sheer quality of people in the student body as well as the ignorance staff and students show.

For a small-town school, it could be worse, but it's not that great. Academically, it's fine, but I wish they had weighted grades. As far as electives go, they have a good variety. Astronomy is neat! However, the atmosphere here is not good. I think a few of the teachers are good, but a good chunk o...

We moved to Spring Hill in 2016! Had we know how great it was - we would have moved here 10 years earlier!!! What an amazing change for my 3 girls. The overall atmosphere of the elementary, middle and high school were amazing.
