Worse school ever. First to comment the school secretary behavior is so abnoxious it is a big turn off. Whilst the principal is a little shady she can work with but the assistant principal and a few teachers whew Chile let's just say the are not there to encourage and nurture your child

I don’t know where to begin. This is my sons first year at Rowland and it has been an entire roller coaster. First he told me that the teachers treat the girls better than boys. They allow the girls to get away with murder and all they do is yell at him. Second, I noticed the teachers always call me...

I think Rowland Elementary has a lot of potential. The teachers and staff work together to educate and counsel students. You can tell they genuinely care about their kids. The environment is a positive one with a nice balance of rewards for positive behavior and loss of privileges for negative behav...
