GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Strafford is a good school district. The teachers care for you as their own and make sure that you can get a good education and stay safe and have fun while doing so. Where I would like to see change is in the cafeteria. I believe the food portions in our school are too small and are not healthy enough. I think they could do better. Overall strafford is a good school.

I enjoyed my time at Strafford. There are many clubs and activities planned weekly and we have an amazing administration and group of teachers that all work together to make it work. My senior year was the most memorable, with plenty of time to stay caught up in my classes and spend time with friends.

Strafford is a small school, but I feel as though that is one of its benefits. The teachers and staff want you to succeed in life. They are active in all the students and push them to be the best that they can be. They try to get as many students as possible active in the community and in other activities. They offer lots of opportunities for every student and a chance to improve in certain areas.
