GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Worst part is the strict rules. And the best part is the students and staff. My overall experience at Streetsboro is pretty good. If I could go back and change some things I would.

The school is overall pretty good. It has a good environment, and it feels good to go and get an education there. Most of the teachers are good and will help you in whatever way they can if you are struggling. However, I wish there were more courses available to students, as the options are quite low compared to other schools.

I really enjoy going to school here. I have never seen anyone be cruel to another person. The sense of community is fantastic. For the most part, the teachers are well qualified to teach their subject, and the only teachers considered "bad" are the ones with unique teaching styles that not all students can follow.

I moved to Ohio and this is my first year in SHS. I really love this school so much, the only thing that is not good is the students would be racist to Asians or blacks. They would say slur words in the hallways during passing period. I used to be in a diverse school so I am not used to the racism....

The district is striving towards technology but they are doing too little way to late. 3/4 of the students have technology available to them while the rest have little or none or only what they get at school. Bullying is a huge problem and the principal in the high school is too quick to judge and e...

I feel that the high school does not appropriately deal with bullies. They wait until the victim retaliates and then they punish the victim. Academically they are not doing what they need to do. I have a child on a 504 plan and he is failing every subject so I would say that their accommodations are...
